Conflict Ending, Homecomings Continuing

President Obama's surprise announcement this past week that the U.S. is de-escalating in Afghanistan should be a wake up call to the reality that many service people have already returned home, and that more are on the way. That's good news. The bad news? Many of these vets--fully one-third by some estimates--are going to have an especially tough time making the transition from front lines to home front.
