CBMA December MTG

Greeting my Brothers and Sisters; I pray all is well with you and your families.  We would like to thank all of you who attended our call meeting on last Saturday, December 3, 2011.

This memo today is to inform you about the upcoming CBMA meeting.  Our CBMA regular December meeting will be this  Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 9:00am at The Father's House Baptist Church, 500 29th St., N, Charleston WV.  The Rev. Dr. Lloyd Allan Hill is the pastor.

**Also, a reminder that the CBMA will be having our elections in April  2012.  All CBMA members are eligible to vote in this election if their 2011 dues are paid in full.  Membership dues are $120 a year or $10.00 a month.  This is to ensure that all who vote are members in good and regular standing.  We are accepting payments of dues at this meeting.

Because dues collections has not been consistent throughout the year; we are asking all members to check with your banks statements to make sure all monies you paid are credited.

The meeting is for tomorrow at the Father's House Baptist Church December 3, 2011 at 9:00 am...this is a open meeting for all clergy...... to discuss the upcoming Martin Luther King Celebration we are looking to have a serious discussion on doing things differently...come and join us and be a part of the change!!
