IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Greeting my Brothers and Sisters; I pray all is well with you and your families.
This memo is to inform you about the upcoming CBMA elections to be held on April 14, 2012.

All CBMA members are eligible to vote in this election if their 2011 dues are paid in full.  Membership dues are $120 a year or $10.00 a month.  This is to ensure that all who vote are members in good and regular standing.

Because dues collections has not been consistent throughout the year; we are asking members to check with your banks statements to make sure all monies paid are credited.

If you have further questions about monies owed please contact Rev. Vincent Coleman, treasurer of the Alliance at 304 766-7680 or Rev. Lloyd Hill at 304 421-1710.

**Also, we will have a CBMA Meeting on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 9:00am at The Father's House Baptist Church, 500 29th St., N, Charleston WV.  The Rev. Dr. Lloyd Allan Hill is the pastor.
