COACH BOBBY BOWDEN to speak at 30th Annual LOUDERBACK LEADERSHIP PRAYER
BREAKFAST on March 4
The 30th Annual Louderback Leadership Prayer Breakfast will be held at 7
a.m. on March 4 in the Fellowship Hall of Christ Church United Methodist,
1221 Quarrier St., Charleston.
This year's speaker will be Coach Bobby Bowden. Bowden is the former Head
Football Coach at West Virginia University and Florida State University and
a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
This event is patterned after the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington,
D.C., and has been held by Christ Church United Methodist annually since
1980. It is named in honor of the late Bob Louderback, who was one of the
founders of the breakfast and later served in the House of Delegates.
This event is open to the public and tickets are $10. Tickets will be
available for purchase on Monday, February 1st. Seating is limited and
those wishing to attend should contact Lisa in the church at 342-0192 by
February 26th to make your reservation.
